**About Kids Unlimited**:
Kids Unlimited is Australia’s premium provider of extracurricular programs to primary and secondary schools in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Programs are run before during and after school and our offering include chess, robotics, coding, dance karate, science and more. Most importantly our purpose is to inspire young people to become lifelong learners and find the things they are most passionate about.

**About the role**: The Recruitment Coordinator has responsibility for providing a quality experience in the recruitment and engagement of our all-important coaches. These are the people on the frontline responsible for delivering lessons and inspiring and engaging the young people we have the privilege to work with. This position will see you manage our end-to-end employee life cycle. You will create our talent pipeline from selecting advertising channels, developing and delivering on recruitment selection processes through to onboarding and induction.

- Writing job advertisement copy
- Deciding on the best recruitment channels
- Make hiring decisions
- Onboard and induction_
- Development and design of LMS content

**About you** As a passionate person, you take great pride in outstanding outcomes, and you bring your hardworking, fun nature to a team. You love solving problems and bringing ideas and improvements to the table. You continually strive to please your stakeholders and get a buzz from finding the right people for them Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in recruitment (qualifications in HR preferred)
- Experience working with a large remote workforce
- Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task, hit targets and meet deadlines
- Have strong interpersonal skills - must be able to communicate positively and work with a variety of people in our coach pool
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate - Microsoft packages, Outlook, social media
- Knowledge of education system is an advantage
