APG Workforce are currently looking for an Event Administrator for a 4-month contract Government Sector based in Parramatta.

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End Date**: 4 Months

**Pay Rate: $320 Per Day Exc Super**

**Location**: Parramatta + Sydney CBD + WFH

Required to travel to Parramatta or Sydney CBD for Event set up, on non event days WFH available

**Primary purpose of the role**
The Event Administrator will organise and coordinator small training events in Sydney CBD and Parramatta

**Key accountabilities**
- Help set up training sessions, including setting up IT equipment, tables, chairs, catering ect
- organise catering
- Managing event inbox
- Updating spreadsheets
- confirming attendees and speakers
- training sessions are help 3 times per week in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta

**Experience and Skills**
- Able to travel to Parramatta and Sydney CBD at least 3 times per week, starting at 8am
- Great attention to detail
- organised and able to multitask
- Small event experience preferred but not essential
- Administrative experience including excel
