An exciting 3-month opportunity exists for an administrative assistant to join the People & Culture team on a temporary basis within the iconic Parramatta Leagues Club.

About the role*
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the People & Culture Team. You will work with a sense of urgency and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment that will offer you challenges to develop yourself and your administrative skill set.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): *
- Maintaining up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
- Coordinate and deliver of the club’s on-boarding induction process for new starters.
- Provide assistance with planning and executing various projects and events.
**To be considered for the role**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential. situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience in an administrative role - _experience within a Human Resources environment is desirable but not essential_.
