Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. This is an exciting time to join our Club as we embark on the execution of our strategic plan which includes a refresh of our PLC Clubhouse, digital transformation across the Group, expansion of our facilities as well as exploring potential opportunities within our precinct.

**About the role**:
Reporting into the Functions Manager, you will be the primary contact for our customers throughout the entire event process, from initial enquiries to the completion of the event.

**Key duties include,** but are not limited to:

- Providing accurate information, quotes, and up-selling of functions packages
- Managing customer feedback and complaints with a continuous improvement mindset
- Driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence
- Liaising with operational departments to ensure clients’ needs are delivered.
- General administration tasks to support daily operations of the Catering Team

**About you**:

- Experience in a Functions/ Events administration role
- Ability to build rapport and maintain key internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Hospitality industry experience (desirable)
