**Medical Imaging Administration Manager**

- Melbourne Health Medial Imaging performs over 228,000 emergency, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per annum across the following sites: RMH - City Campus, Private Imaging located in the Private Medical Centre, and RMH - Royal Park Campus.

**Your new role**

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of passional and dedicated staff, as well as:

- Provide exceptional leadership skills supporting a dynamic administration workforce
- Motivate and foster a culture of team building and positive workplace culture
- Manage the administration staff KPI's in relation to mandatory training, recruitment, mandatory training etc
- Support the Imaging management team with daily operational matters pertaining to the Administration teams
- Build and support inter and intra departmental relationships

**About you**
- Demonstrated experienced in working in a health care setting administration
- Ability to provide support and operational leadership to team members
- Previous experience managing staff
- Ability to demonstrate a collaborative and facilitative management style
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, enabling quick decision making whilst balancing risk
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
