**Your new role:
- Managing accurate patient bookings and registration
- Handling counter service tasks
- General administration duties relevant to Medical Imaging
- Handling day to day office duties
- Escalation of patient complaints
- Addressing any complaints/concerns that are raised by referring doctors to ensure

**About you**:

- Experience in medical Imaging reception, or diagnostic / Radiology reception, MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine and administration will be advanced.
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and MS office experience.
- Be proactive, positive attitude and high attention to details
- Excellent organisation skills, reliable and flexible approach.
- Well-developed communication skills includes interpersonal, verbal and written
- Excellent analysis and problems solving skills
