Medical Imaging Administrator / Receptionist
Location: RMH Parkville (City campus)

About the Role:
- Greeting and registering patients
- Managing phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing patient accounts
- Working collaboratively with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff
- Assisting with general administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department
About You:
- Experience working in fast‑paced medical reception environments (medical imaging / nuclear medicine experience desirable)
- Available to work weekday shifts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills and MS Office experience
- Capability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team and work independently when required
- Proactive and problem‑solving skills
