**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive **is currently seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused **Delivery and Fleet Coordinator** to join our dynamic team at our dedicated **BYD Pre Delivery Centre **in** Wangara**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be required to provide ongoing support to the Fleet sales and operations team. You will also be responsible for organising customer deliveries and providing ongoing support to the Fleet Manager by coordinating various in-house duties whilst liaising between internal departments.

**Duties in this role include**:

- Quote preparation
- Monitoring vehicle orders and preparation
- Keeping clients and Fleet Management Organisations up to date with their orders
- Vehicle hand overs
- Maintaining the paperwork flow for the department
- Support team to retain and grow fleet opportunities

**About you**:

You will ideally possess:

- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Process management and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
