**Wanneroo Mitsubishi** are seeking an organised **Fleet Administrator** to join our New Vehicle Sales department.

As a Fleet Administrator your main focus is to provide Administration support to the Fleet Department. The role will involve processing paperwork, data entry and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders.
**Role**
- Liaise between leasing companies and the dealership and provide excellent customer service
- Provide quotes and submit to the leasing companies in an efficient time frame
- Data entry of fleet transactions and invoicing of fleet vehicles
- Keep up to date on status of all quotes and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
- Assisting the Fleet Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties
**You**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible
- Current and Valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive a manual transmission
- Knowledge of fleet business/dealership operations is highly regarded
- ** Proven Dealership Administration Experience with a highly developed knowledge of the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential**
