APG are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator based in
Wangara.
Our client is a large manufacturer and leading poultry provided in Australia. This role will provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy.
- Please note: although this role is casual with view to permanency you will work full time hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm with some flexible WFH options._
**Some other duties may include**:
- Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
- Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
- Manage the learning and development calendar
- Overall administration and data entry
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound administration skills with an eye for detail
- Experience using Excel and good computer literacy
- Can do attitude and eagerness to take on and learn new tasks
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multi task
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the office at least 2-3 days per week or as required and from home.
