ABOUT THE ROLE

We're offering a rewarding opportunity to join our WA Government Team as a Relationship Manager. Based in Wangara, you'll support fleet service delivery for government clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and escalating issues beyond scope.

This role suits a relationship-focused professional with strong service delivery insight and a collaborative approach.

Key Objectives include:

• Acting as the main contact for WA Government clients, supporting fleet needs within contract scope
• Building trusted relationships and provide expert guidance on fleet matters
• Identifying service gaps and improvement opportunities
• Supporting Account Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Monitoring and developing performance tracking, reporting, and operational enhancements
• Driving retention of WA Government clients through reliable service and stakeholder engagement

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will demonstrate:

• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations with solid service delivery
• Clear, confident communication style with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
• Professionalism, intregrity, collaborative and accountable, approach
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support performance improvement
• High level organisation, able to manage competing priorities and stay aligned with strategic goals
• Skilled approach to CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI) and open to new technologies
