**About the role**

We are looking for a Digital Communications Advisor to produce creative and engaging content across our digital channels. Reporting into the Digital Communications Manager, the role will develop and drive our annual social media strategy and support our overall digital content strategy in line with eHealth NSW’s business objectives. The Digital Communications Advisor will also be responsible for producing content that is optimised for web and will use front-end develop skills to continually elevate our digital platforms.

We understand flexible work is a priority for most people and have the systems and policies in place to support it. This may include a mix of working from home and / or in one of our offices in Chatswood, St Leonards, Parramatta or Charlestown.

**About You**

The skills and experience we are looking for in you include:
- Proven experience in successfully creating effective content for a variety of channels and audiences as well as tertiary qualifications in writing, communications, marketing, journalism or related area or equivalent skills and experience.- Strong knowledge of social media platforms with proven experience in social media strategy development, planning, producing and publishing content for social media audiences, community management and analysing and evaluating communication campaigns.- Strong storytelling skills, written and visual, with proven experience in creatively explaining and promoting complex and technical concepts, products, systems and initiatives through accessible, concise and Plain English content.- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, work autonomously, juggle conflicting deadlines, achieve business goals, and always work with a customer focused approach.- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team as well as with senior executive stakeholders.- Proven experience working with Content Management Systems and front-end web publishing.
- Ability to provide advice, coach and train staff in best practice techniques for writing for different channels and audiences.
