Armani Restaurant is a famous restaurant located on 354 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150. We operate seven days a week offering Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The restaurant provides a wide variety of dishes and family-oriented atmosphere for our customers.

We are seeking a full time Hospitality Manager who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee catering and event operations from concept to completion.
- Ensure events are executed efficiently and meet client specifications.
- Manage the preparation, setup, and execution of catering services, including food and beverage coordination.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and performance during events.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and professional services.
- Handle client feedback and implement improvements based on their input.
- Prepare budgets for events, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Manage inventory and purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
- Generate financial reports and analyse event performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote catering and event services.

**Requirements/Skills Qualification**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment and maintain attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Leadership Skills
- Flair for taste and creativity
