**Overall purpose of the role**

Employed to manage the retail & function catering operations of the site in a safe and efficient manner. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all tasks associated with food production are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations. Promotion and support of Our Safety Culture framework is expected.

**The Person**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Hospitality management position
- Experience in retail and function catering
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues

**Key Duties**
- Responsible for the catering operations of the retail sites and functions
- Hours are mainly on weekday, occasionally night and weekend shifts
- Plan and organise events
- Manage labour and food costs
- Lead and manage staff members
