**Job Description Summary**: As the Strategic Accounts Executive - Private Hospitals, you will be responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with an assigned set of key accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare.
Primarily you will be responsible for influencing the appropriate internal and external stakeholders and you will build executive business relationship with CxO level and Group leadership to define and implement short, medium
- and long-term planning.
Success will be achieved by proactively developing and executing a One GE Healthcare business strategy that capitalizes on the strength of GE Healthcare’s broad portfolio of products, services and solutions. You will operate alongside other members of GE Healthcare’s product, commercial and service leaders to ensure unified accountability of strategy execution.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the GE Healthcare Account Team across defined key accounts
- Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
- Facilitate and lead a program of regular structured business reviews with key customers that provide a focal point for discussions between the Customer and GEHC across the various leadership tiers in both organisations
- Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all GE Healthcare businesses, products & services within allocated accounts/territory. Represent OneGEHC and acts as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated accounts/territory. Provide on-going feedback to management, product teams, services and marketing
- Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned strategic accounts
- Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles
- Is responsible for driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as forecasting performance against Operating Plan, with their teams
- Develop business plans and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services
- Lead and leverage the Account Team, including Product Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Service Operations, and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Business Leaders informed and appropriately involved
- Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans for defined accounts utilising cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Extensive experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing.
- Solid recent experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Proven key account management and project planning skills.
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.
- Proven track record on relationship building skills.
- High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Excellent knowledge of the Australia and New Zealand Public and Private Healthcare Markets
- Able to travel
- Valid motor vehicle license
- Compliance with vaccination mandates
