**Position Overview**:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, managing human capital, and supporting the overall business objectives. This is a strategic position that will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations, including recruitment, while also influencing the long-term development of our people and company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
- **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for all levels of the organization.
- **Performance Management**: Implement a robust performance management system, driving employee development, accountability, and career growth.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure that the organization complies with all labor regulations and maintains up-to-date HR policies that minimize risk.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive environment.
- **Learning & Development**: Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and retention programs to support the professional growth of our workforce.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- **HR Systems Management**: Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- An excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.

- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to maintain compliance.
- Proficient in HR software and systems, with a data-driven approach to people management.
