Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of innovative building materials and architectural products, serving the commercial and industrial sectors. Renowned for their quality and forward-thinking approach, they are seeking a confident, go-getter who enjoys communicating with a broad range of people to join the head office team.

**THE ROLE**

You’ll act as the vital link between clients and the sales team in this key role. Your day will involve regularly engaging with clients to gain insights into their upcoming projects, data entry - maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, assisting with quotations and ensuring internal teams are informed. The goal is to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience at every step.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You might only have minimum experience in data entry and responding to incoming calls or you might have experience in B2B customer service, actively engaging both new and existing clients to uncover business opportunities while addressing general enquiries
- Experience in the building materials sector is beneficial, but having the right attitude is even more important
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen and respond to client needs
- Hands-on experience with Pronto CRM or similar systems, ensuring seamless client interactions
- An understanding of digital and online marketing, enabling you to connect with leads and build lasting business relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction is positive and solution-focused
- A technical mindset with a hunger for continuous learning and growth
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, staying adaptable and focused
