**Description**:
**About the role**:
We are now on the lookout for a Customer Service superstar to join our dynamic team based at our Carole Park state-of-the-art facility. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Once training is complete you will have the opportunity to work WFH two days a week.
**As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will**:
Maintain customer call / delivery schedules
Process customer orders in a timely manner
Receive, log and process customer complaints
Ensure delivery requirements for all shipping orders including public holidays are met
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Inbound and/or Outbound sales call centre preferably in FMCG or relevant industry
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamic / CRM skills
A highly organised self-starter
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
A passion to learn and engage customers
Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
A proven track record in the inbound and/or outbound sales space
