**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated, customer service focused individual to join our team in Wetherill Park NSW 2164.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Provide customer service and administrative support across the branch
- Assist in processing sales orders and purchase orders
- Maintain administrative processes and records for the branch
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on routine matters
- Generate core product sales quotations
- Answer phones to customers and assist with their queries
- Assist in stock management
- Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for callers and visitors to the branch.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role
- An interest in the mechanical industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a positive can-do' attitude
- A desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen business.
