**The Company**

Our client is an Australian market leader that manufacturers, distributes and installs quality building product solutions for the residential and commercial building sectors.

They are seeking to appoint a friendly, supportive and process-orientated Customer Service professional to support the company’s sales and internal processes by working directly with customers, the sales team, as well as operations.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Customer Service experience within a busy building products manufacturer or similar
- Amazing customer service and follow-up skills - experience keeping customers informed, building solid relationships with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with Pronto desirable but not essential
- Flexibility and initiative
- An eye for detail - no detail is too small
