About the role

Taylor Square is currently seeking a committed hospitality professional to join their leadership team in the role of Precinct Gaming Manager, that over see’s all aspects of the the Gaming offerings of Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas Hotel. The role will report into the General Manager of Taylor Square, collaborating & working alongside other key leadership roles to deliver excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the General Manager, you will lead the execution of gaming excellence principles to deliver performance;
- Lead through our values & team promise
- Build outstanding gaming teams across both venues - recruitment, development, training
- Provide excellent customer experience across precinct gaming operations
- Ensuring our exceptional venue gaming excellence principles are met.
- Collaborate with organisational operational gaming management to highlight areas of opportunity, gap analysis and lead the implementation and delivery of exceptional experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
