**About the role**:

- Promote, maintain and improve talent acquisition strategies, frameworks and tools
- Assisting with the generation and writing of position descriptions
- End to end recruitment/talent acquisition processes to include advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, induction and onboarding
- Working with the communications team, develop, implement and monitor social media strategy, and maintain social media channels
- Monthly reporting and forecasting

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience in working with and improving talent acquisition strategies including system and policy changes
- You will have previous experience of end-to-end recruitment processes - either agency or internal
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and about to communicate at all levels across the organisation
- You will have high attention to detail and strong accuracy skills

**Benefits**:
