**About the Role**

**This is a Fixed term role until 30/06/24**

The Change Communications Lead is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Traffic Management Reform (TMR) program, working closely with the Change Manager and program leads. The role will support and lead the planning and delivery of high quality and integrated change management and communications and engagement strategies using best practice change, communications and engagement skills, tools and techniques.

**Position Outcomes**

We are looking for an experienced communications and engagement professional to:

- Support and lead the planning and delivery of change management communications and engagement strategies and activities to encourage the adoption of changes to business processes and requirements across multiple business areas
- Develop and deliver high-quality and accurate content for a range of communications platforms and channels to support change management strategies
- Translate complicated and technical information into simple, clear and concise messages and concepts.
- Provide timely and helpful change management, communications and engagement advice to program leads and other relevant internal stakeholders across the organisation to influence best practice outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are engaged throughout the change process
- Support the assessment of change readiness, measure success metrics, and monitor change progress

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, public relations, communications and/or change management.

**Role Specific Requirements**
- May involve occasional evening or weekend work including occasional overnight travel
- You may be required to undertake a medical and other safety compliance requirement
