Your new company

You will be working in a well-established company based in North Sydney which offers an exciting opportunity. Due to the growth of the company, it is seeking for an Infrastructure Support with technical knowledge and skills. The organisation offers exposure to emerging technologies for great learning and development.

Your new role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting technical office assets including desktops, laptops, printers etc. Core Application support for desktops i.e.: Office 365 apps including Word, Excel, Outlook. Face to Face first level support troubleshooting while providing a friendly and professional service. Assist the IT Service Desk by providing incident support to restore service to internal staff.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a self-motivated dynamic person who has sound technical background. You have experience as an IT Level 1 support providing remote and face to face troubleshooting to users.
- Experience within the Microsoft/Windows environment.
- Hands on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
- Face to Face first level support troubleshooting while providing a friendly and professional service
