Full on-the-job training will be provided.

A typical day may look like:

- Answering customers’ calls or queries through our ticketing system Freshdesk
- Troubleshoot client queries promptly before escalating to the Supervisor for appropriate resolution when necessary
- Ensuring customer templates are correct in the system and making necessary manual adjustments as required
- Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favorable experience for our customers
- Share knowledge and upskill other team members both in Australia & the Philippines

**Who are you?**
- Proven customer service experience
- Collaboration skills, approachable and a stickler for detail, ensuring your administrative skills are used to resolve our customer’s queries with effectiveness and efficiency the first time
- Enthusiasm for innovation and a keen eye for a better way of doing things
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of G-Suite, Adobe products, Freshdesk or Zendesk and Excel would be an advantage
