An exciting Fixed Asset Officer role has become available North of River

**Your new company**

Is within the oil and gas sector based in the Northern suburbs. They are current looking for a Fixed Asset Officer. You will report directly to the CFO and work in a mid-sized finance team. Join a company with great flexibility and parking on site

**Your new role**
- You will be responsible for all new rental agreements, monthly invoicing and monthly hire reporting.
- You will collate monthly rental data and conduct monthly reconciliation of the fixed asset general ledger to the fixed asset subledger.
- You will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless asset transfer process.
- Using Microsoft Dynamics

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful you will have previous fixed asset experience within a similar organisation. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent stakeholder skills and have a proactive approach to your day-to-day duties. You will also have excellent communication and organisation skills.
