Asset Management Officer

**About the Role
Working with our client Main Roads WA, we are seeking an Asset Management Officer (Vegetation) to join us on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The role will be based in Perth.

**Key tasks:
- Prepare and implement vegetation management and revegetation programs
- Monitor delivery of vegetation programs
- Monitor and develop lateral clearance program and compliance
- Undertake landscape design reviews
- Reviewing and provide advice on vegetation handover projects

**Key skills, qualifications and experience required:
- Good understanding of native plant species
- Assess landscape designs in accordance with MRWA requirements
- Completion of a Cert 4 Horticulture or Conservation & Land Management or Landscape Design

GHD has been appointed by Main Roads Western Australia to deliver a state-wide Operational Asset Management Support Service (AMSS) contract. Under this contract, GHD provides centralised and regional support to assist Main Roads manage and maintain the State Road network.
