Seeking an experienced Asset Systems Officer to support a Government department in Fremantle

**Your new company**
A State Government department based in Fremantle, is seeking an experienced Asset Systems Officer to support the Infrastructure directorate. This opportunity will be offered on an initial temporary basis, with the opportunity of extension for the right person. You will be able to commence immediately, and have the ability to work full-time hours.

**Your new role**
As an Asset Systems Officer you will be responsible for:

- Development and enhancement of the departments asset data and asset management systems
- Providing support and training to colleagues for the Enterprise Asset Management System used internally
- Development and contribution of asset management plans, processes and decisions
- Providing technical analysis support as required by the team
- Undertake other duties required by the team as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will demonstrate previous experience within a similar Asset Management role. In addition you will display:

- Strong IT skills with experience using GIS and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Well-developed administrative, problem-solving and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills with confidence providing on-the-job training of asset management systems to key stakeholders
