**Facilities Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract**
Location: Osborne, South Australia
Eligibility: Australian Citizens Only

**About the Role**:
BGIS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Facilities Coordinator **to join our team in Osborne, South Australia on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers related to facilities management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the site. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Coordinate and delegate work orders to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are met.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operational tasks and manage tenant or client requests efficiently.
- Monitor and review invoices, ensuring Purchase Orders (POs) and records are accurate and updated.
- Support and manage subcontractors, including reviewing documentation, sign-in/out procedures, and ensuring compliance with OHS requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in facilities coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building services and general maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) is desirable.
