**What is a Relocation Coordinator responsible for?**

This is a new role within our People Team that will provide key support for our employees relocating to work with MinRes. With the continued growth of our business, we are broadening our horizons in the search for talent, looking nationally and globally. You will be the link between internal and external stakeholders to deliver a quality experience for all.

**Part-time role/ Flexibility**

This role is being offered as a part time opportunity. We anticipate this would be 4 to 5 hours per day across Monday to Friday. Alternate flexibility may be considered.

**Deliverables - Technical & Operational**
- Liaising with our external relocation provider, Grace, to manage relocations and monitor their service delivery against KPIs.
- Administer the relocations inbox and action all requests and queries, and escalating queries when appropriate.
- Maintaining process and policy documents, including updating on internal intranet pages.
- Provide input to process improvement and system implementation activities.

**Qualifications and Experience (About you)**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting relocation programs in an internal or external capacity.
- Knowledge and experience in the management of applicable Australian Visas
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong information management and analytical skills.
