Continuous Improvement and Development Coordinator

This exciting new role of Continuous Improvement and Development Coordinator is **responsible for the evolution and continued growth of the organisation, including our team, our efficiency, our relationships, and our business success**. This will be instrumental in helping us become a global leader in specialist veterinary services and staff engagement.
- This will include taking a lead role in coordinating and facilitating continuous improvement programmes in areas such as IT and workflow, as well as leading the strategy and delivery of harnessing our marketing and stakeholder relationships to ensure our brand is associated with exceptional patient, client and staff care.- This role offers great variety, with an average day or week incorporating everything from building relationships with our referring vet clinics, workshopping efficient patient flow, or finding more effective solutions to get information from one place to another. **The theme is continuous improvement, with our ambition to ensure our team can focus on offering world class clinical care because they have world class systems to work with, and patients lining up at the door to see them.**- Exceptional **interpersonal and relationship building skills**, both internally and externally, to maximise uptake of new ideas, maintain engagement in improvements, and grow our base of loyal referring customer clinics
- Strong background in **continuous improvement**, finding efficiencies, reducing waste in processes, and ensuring effectiveness of systems and workflow
- Experience in **marketing and/or brand strategy** to help build and grow our reputation amongst pet owners and the veterinary community
- A **proactive, problem solving mindset**, committed to finding novel solutions and independently bringing them to life
- Experience in IT and/or systems would be advantageous to some of our opportunities for improvement
- Training or qualifications in Lean / Six Sigma / other process efficiency systems would be desirable
