Horticulture/Farm Management Graduate Program
We have farms located across Australia. Our farms grow high quality fruit for both the domestic and export market.
The Farming Graduate Program will cover areas such as:
- Agronomy
- Irrigation and Fertigation
- Labour Management
- Pest and Disease Control
Our farming graduates will need to be adventurous and willing to roll up their sleeves to learn all the operational aspects.
Agribusiness Graduate Program
Our Agribusiness team has three key commercial areas: domestic, imports and exports.
The Agribusiness team source produce in Australia and from overseas to supply major supermarkets and independent retailers.
The Agribusiness Graduate Program develops skills in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Account and Category Management
- Product and Technical Knowledge
- Transportation and Logistics
- Relationship Building and Networking
- Program Planning
- Finance and Accounting
Graduates need to be passionate about the industry and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Technical Graduate Program
Our technical team ensure end to end freshness and food security.
FPG technical team is integrated with the agribusiness and logistics operations to ensure produce quality is guaranteed across our diverse supply chains.
The Technical Graduate Program will develop skills in:
- Quality Control
- Standards Compliance and Certification
- Product Technology
- Biosecurity and Markt Access
Technical graduates must be passionate about produce—learning about produce types, quality characteristics, storage and handling environments, retail performance and securing quality across the supply chain.
