As **HR Advisor **you will be part of our supportive People and Culture team and play a pivotal role in the timely delivery of generalist HR advice to our operations team. You will bring your experience in a similar position and provide HR delivery in areas including renumeration and benefits, performance management, workplace investigation, employee relations and workforce planning.

This position is on a 12-month maternity leave contract and is based from our Qantas Drive office, Brisbane. Flexible hybrid working options are available.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary Qualification in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in a busy and time sensitive Human Resources role
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders providing advice and guidance
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations
- Ability to liaise and influence managers effectively and ensure service delivery
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to set work priorities to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, adaptable and have a pro-active approach.
