About the role:
As the HR Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the employee experience and driving organisational success. Partnering with managers and senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to support, assist, and advise on all aspects of the end-to-end employee life cycle.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence, driving values, and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities will include:

- Support a dedicated portfolio of business units and managers in driving values and achieving business objectives.
- Assist managers with the performance management framework, providing training and support as required.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including offers of employment and employee inductions.
- Monitor and drive completion of performance reviews, including probation and quarterly reviews.
- Review position descriptions and work with managers to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Manage and coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and checklists.
- Provide accurate and timely advice and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to leaders on HR and IR matters.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to deliver compliance training and career development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement, retention, and reward initiatives.

Skills and experience:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Experience in analysing HR data and reporting
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HR systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation and Award interpretation.
- Familiarity with contemporary HR and IR issues and legislation.
- Ability to influence and coach people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative working style
