**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be accountable for cost control of plants and budget compliance
- Coordinate the work of plant staff to achieve KPIs and annual plan objectives is part of your role
- In this role you will be responsible for the compliance of Process Safety & People Capability standards
- Support and suggest activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plants
- Further you will be accountable for timely and accurate data reporting and for the planning, supervision and execution of maintenance activities
- Accountable for storage and control of spare parts in the plants
- You will monitor, Alert and Assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including shutdown and restart
- Be in charge for meeting contractual and supply commitments

**What makes you great**
- You have at least 5 years experience in a related process plant operations or reliability activity
- Industrial Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) experience is required for this role
- In addition you have a University degree in Engineering desirable in Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
- People management skills suit your profile
- You are an effective communicator and have a collaborative approach
- Overall knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
- Problem solving skills are required
- Capable of utilising company business and safety systems
- Prioritisation and time management
- Decision making

As Production Manager based at our Kwinana WA site, you will lead and facilitate input of global and local gas experts. Your responsibility will include management and co-ordination of staff, contractors and other roles to ensure that all ASU, CO2 & PSA Plants (7) are operated & maintained in a safe, reliable and efficient manner in order to achieve the key performance indicators (KPI’s) and annual plan objectives agreed with the General Manager including company and regulatory requirements.
