Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of relevant experience
    .
  • Strong in
    data management
    and
    Excel
    (data analysis, creating graphs, reporting).
  • Power BI
    skills are an added advantage.
  • Must possess a
    positive attitude
    and strong attention to detail.
  • Candidates from
    oil & gas
    background preferred, but open to other industries.
  • Candidates with
    technical background
    are desirable.
  • Exposure to
    oil counting
    ,
    product quality
    , or
    scheduling
    is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize terminal product planning data accurately and efficiently.
  • Support operational planning and reporting activities using Excel and data tools.
  • Prepare data analysis reports and graphs for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with terminal teams to ensure product movement, scheduling, and quality tracking are up to date.
  • Maintain and manage product-related records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and process improvements within terminal operations.
