**About the role**:
As our Account Manager looking after our Nalco Water business, you will be responsible for building effective and mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring our customer satisfaction with our service delivery. You will also drive product and service growth by developing close relationships with our customers on site and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise, handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction whilst building multi-level relationships on site. This role is a key role within our business and is a proven springboard for career growth across our business.
You will be supported with training and mentoring as you build your expertise with the process and water technologies that our customers utilize. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and problem solving in the field. - ** A degree in engineering, chemistry, science or demonstrated Account Management experience**
