Central Coast Adventist School is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 on the Central Coast of New South Wales. We are a team of committed educators and support personnel who fundamentally believe that students learn best when they feel safe, respected, and are genuinely engaged and challenged by purposeful, creative, differentiated opportunities to learn about themselves and the impact they can make in the world they live in. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from professionals in the ICT field as part of the Central Coast Adventist School team. The ICT Services team works as part of the digital innovation within the ICT Services portfolio and supplies and supports the core network infrastructure, computing equipment, software and platforms, audio visual and communications (portable devices, telephones, etc.) that underpin the delivery of learning to students; and supports the business objectives of the school.

**Application Requirements**

The successful applicant will have:

- relevant work experience in an ICT support role or similar;
- a minimum 1 year experience in supporting ICT equipment in a network or corporate setting;
- a service-based approach with a solutions focused mindset to deliver exceptional client experiences;
- experience in providing ICT and digital device support at a professional level in a Microsoft and Apple Mac environment;
- exhibit awareness of the need for sensitivity in all interactions;
demonstrated competent level of computing and administrative skills, including Word processing and spread sheets;
- proficiency in duties specific to the role;
demonstrated ability to cultivate productive working relationships in a small team environment;
- proven strong verbal and written communication skills, and well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people;
initiative, problem solving skills, and the attention to detail necessary to identify appropriate solutions in support of customer service expectations; and commitment to child safety by providing a safe culture, safe operations and a safe environment (only applicants with a Working With Children Check will be considered for this role).
