**About the role**

Reporting to the Project Director the Project Support Officer will provide high level project support to assist in the successful delivery of a large scale, complex information management and information communication technology projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Organising agendas for project related meetings & workshops
- Taking minutes and providing meeting/workshop materials to attendees
- Monitor project risk, issues, dependencies, actions and change requests
- Ensuring project controls are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
- Review project documentation including, proofing, editing and branding ensuring documents meet quality standards
- Perform designated project activities, execute deliverables and report on milestones as per the project schedule.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate to a range of stakeholders and committees

**Skills and experience**
- Ability to provide project administration, coordination, reporting and support within a diverse and complex organisational environment
- Ability to achieve project outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
- Demonstrated skills in consultation and communication (written and verbal), with a diverse group of stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement options, strategies and recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
