**About the role**

The role's objective is to create and provide top-notch, learner-focused blended training materials that will aid in effectively implementing various products of the program.

Working in a training expert team, the Training Officer will ensure alignment with the program principles, objectives, and standards in all training plans and materials. Collaboration with Department Practice and Business training units will guarantee the training's relevance, suitability, and fulfillment of specific learning goals for designated training groups.

**Required skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in developing & delivering contemporary training for complex ICT programs
Experience in designing learner centric digital experiences and resources.
- Experience in developing blended learning artefacts, virtual instructor-led training etc.
- Experience in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or similar desirable.
- Strong analytical and conceptual and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Training Needs Analyses to establish learner profiles, training plan and scope of the curriculum.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
