The fast paced, dynamic and growth focussed agency is on the hunt for an Operations and Growth Lead to join their busy agency. The role will primarily be focused on the development and success of a newly created product and app. This is the first strategic role for the product and app’s go-to-market team focused on maximising the efficiency of our revenue generation and service engine.

Working closely with the CEO, you will help the company to architect and implement the infrastructure to scale and optimise their go-to-market activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities together with CEO and management to drive new users, leads, features, and capabilities- Conduct your own growth stack vision: set objectives and roadmap that will meet the business needs of the new product and app, and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders- Propose creative new projects and initiatives, from building campaigns and offers that will attract prospects and convert leads, to testing new approaches to upgrading existing customers- Orchestrate the execution of partnerships with event providers, businesses and other business-to-business channels and monitor the performance- Live at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure our efforts are thoughtfully coordinated- Organise the production of the physical product ensuring high quality standard is met- Use CRM and other technology tools to execute marketing programs and report on results- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team**Key Company Expectations**:

**Essential**:

- You’ve spent 1+ years in Sales Ops, Special Projects, and/or Managing a Sales Dev team at startups
- You have the entrepreneurship drive needed to build a startup
- You are versatile and able to jump between multiple projects and tasks with exceptional time and diary management skills
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have a metrics-driven operations and marketing mind
- You think out of the box - You’re curious and creative
- Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as PipeDrive
- You are an enthusiastic, proactive team player
- You are excellent verbal and written communications skills
- You’re a total hustler - You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
