**The opportunity**:
Join our team as a Learning Coordinator You'll be responsible for the administration, implementation and reporting of the learning and development team across the VRTP Group. Bring your detail-oriented, organised mindset and collaborate with stakeholders to drive our learning and development initiatives.

**Your day to day**:

- Coordinate the School Based Traineeships & Apprenticeship programs.
- Deliver Company Induction across multiple properties.
- Assist with designing and implementing technical, functional, and soft skills training programs.
- Update LMS system to ensure that training administration is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with ensuring that the content and delivery of our L&D courses are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders and external training companies to organise courses accordingly.
- Monitor, book and follow up on internal and external training for all team members.
- Prepare training materials for training programs as required and ensure training rooms are set up and well stocked.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2 years of training facilitation experience
- 2 years of learning design and development experience
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment essential
- Skills in Adobe CC, MS Suite, Articulate, and Canva is advantageous
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn LMS (preferably Docebo)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in HR systems for training data entry and reporting
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
