Your Opportunity
**As the Business Development Administration Officer, you will**:

- Provide efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the Portfolio to enable the Business Development Team to meet KPI's.

This position reports to an appointed line manager in the Business Development Team.
This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity.
The position will be based primarily at Ashmore Campus however you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Input details for accounts and business opportunities as requested into the Commercial Customer Relationship Management System for TAFE Queensland - Gold Coast Region.
- Support Business Development with the stated enrolment process and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Complete assigned day to day activities aligned with business operations and contribute to improvement in business processes and practices.
- Compile the necessary data and information for team members to develop and prepare reports for the Business Development Team as needed.
- Ensure day to day activities align with business operations.
- Model and actively promote an ethical and safe work environment that supports a culture of zero harm and best practice regarding health, safety, wellness and sustainability.

How you will be assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

- Proven ability to use a Customer Relationship Management system
- Knowledge of or ability to gain knowledge of TQGC's student management system (SMS), and an ability to utilise Microsoft Excel to create, manipulate and present information, data and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritise the delivery of an effective administrative service in an environment of strict and competing deadlines with a focus on quality client service.
- Maintain an understanding of the commercial aspects of Vocational and Education and Training issues for business.
- Displays the initiative, attitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment.

Highly Desirable Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics - CRM
