The Opportunity

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Mineral Technologies team, based in our Carrara office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across a variety of tasks, and values professionalism, efficiency, and a warm customer experience. We also offer flexible working hours to help balance work and personal commitments.

As the Business Services Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, supporting our operations and ensuring a seamless customer and employee experience. You'll work closely with various teams and provide vital coordination across the business unit.

What we are looking for
  • Minimum completion of Year 12
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Office Management
  • Formal training or certification in ERP systems (e.g. JDEGS, SAP, Oracle)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or executive assistant role
  • Experience managing front-of-house operations and creating a high-quality visitor experience
  • Comfortable with technology and confident learning new systems and tools (e.g. ERP systems, visitor kiosks, room booking tools, automation platforms)
