- Canva University sits within the People Experience group who craft the internal learning and development experiences helping Canvanauts to build the skills, knowledge and mindsets that they need to thrive at Canva. The team curates experiences everything from technical and human skills, to understanding Canva’s ways of working, values and mission through our onboarding program, to building Coaching and Leadership capability. Our vision is that Canva is known as the best place to grow by offering the most engaging and impactful learning experiences.- Our Learning Operations team is the glue for global operations that provides excellent support to all Canvanauts. The team ensures all Canva U programs run smoothly and efficiently in this hybrid work set-up so that our people can learn & connect to the growth opportunities in Canva. This role will support our ever evolving Global Onboarding Programs at Canva.**This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.
**We're open to remote expressions of interest across Australia and New Zealand.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate multiple learning programs and events while managing their interdependencies.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of multiple programs, focusing inwardly on the consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with other offerings from Canva University.
- First point of contact for questions. Respond to support questions and provide ongoing tweaks to communications and process.
- Track important metrics, analyse feedback from learners, and provide recommendations to constantly iterate on our programs.
- Manage communications with key stakeholders - Global Onboarding Program Lead and team, coaches, newbies, etc.
- Maintain and curate our learning management system and resources, including audio recordings, filmings, blogs/articles, slide decks / documents (through the Google suite and the Canva app) to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
- Coordinate the Canva University team cadences, events and team processes, including communication out to the wider company.
- Write and send engaging and learner-centric communications to learners and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with our internal stakeholders, external vendors, and our guest speakers.
- Be responsible for attendee lists and incoming registrations.
- Facilitation of onboarding sessions required.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience coordinating events/training with various moving parts and players.
- Global coordination experience. You're confident navigating stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organisation across multiple timezones.
- You have a passion in learning & development and employee engagement. Experience in HR and Learning preferable.
- Proven experience leading multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. You're able to prioritise and work within tight timelines.
- You get things done and follow through on all your tasks with integrity. You proactively follow up with partners to make sure your project is on track.
- Facilitation or presentation skills. You love talking to anyone and in front of a crowd.
- Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment and solve challenges on-the-spot as they arise.
- You’re always thinking ahead. You challenge yourself to think big, understand dependencies, and approach problems with a global mentality.
- Data driven to inform decisions and put forward recommendations.
- Innovate to find operational efficiencies and improvements
