**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Coordinator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team in our Sydney office.
- Please note that this is a parental cover until January 2027 and is part-time (4 days a week)._

In this role, you’ll provide coordination and administrative support across a range of programs, projects, and events, collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, manage updates in our Learning Management System and contribute to our culture of development and innovation.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide general coordination and administrative support for global L&D programs.
- Coordinate programme logistics.
- Data management and reporting where needed.
- Ensure process compliance.
- Manage updates in the Learning Management System (Learning Hub) and respond to general enquiries.
- Support the Learning and Development team to deliver a variety of events, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Support on Learning and Development projects.
- Participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders across time zones, occasionally outside local office hours.

**What you’ll bring**
- Genuine interest in Learning & Development and adult learning.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong client service skills and professional communication skills.
- Comfortability working in a global, dispersed team.
- A proven capacity to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a corporate administration role (desirable).
- Familiarity with databases, including Learning Management Systems (desirable).
