**About the opportunity**
An opportunity for a dedicated and organised Learning Coordinator to manage learning content and our Learning Management System (LMS). This role entails maintaining and updating learning materials, ensuring version control, and handling content governance. It also involves administrative duties related to the learning team.
**Key responsibilities where you can make an impact**:
- Learning Content Management: Organise and maintain digital learning content, manage version control, collaborate with content creators, and ensure content accessibility.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Administer the LMS, manage user accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure it meets user needs.
- Content Governance: Implement content governance policies, conduct regular content audits, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- General Administration: Assist with training session logistics, manage learning team administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
**You can contribute through your**:
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must for managing records, reports, and logistics for training sessions.
- System skills: Demonstrated ability to use multiple systems. Understanding and adaptability to systems such as Document Management Systems (e.g. SharePoint), survey software, Microsoft suite, video conferencing, Content Authoring and Editing Software.
- Proficiency in managing digital learning content, including version control and organisation.
