**About the opportunity**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Learning Coordinator to oversee our Learning Management System (LMS) and lead data-driven learning initiatives. This role blends hands-on LMS administration with advanced reporting, analytics, and innovation to strengthen our learning environment. Using data insights, you’ll optimise learning outcomes and introduce innovative solutions - including AI technologies - to shape the future of our learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
- LMS Administration - Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System, manage user accounts, monitor system performance, and deliver reliable technical support.
- Reporting & Analytics - Produce detailed reports, analyse learning data to uncover trends and insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.
- Innovation & Enhancement - Research and implement emerging learning technologies, explore AI integration opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Support - Provide outstanding service to learners and stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an excellent user experience.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Organisation & Efficiency - Strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and meet deadlines with ease.
- Clear Communication - Confident at translating complex data into simple insights, building strong relationships, and keeping teams informed and engaged.
- Tech-Savvy - Skilled across a variety of systems (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Office, survey tools, video conferencing, content authoring) with bonus points for experience in dashboards, data visualisation, and reporting tools.
- Analytical & Innovative - Uses data to drive decisions and explore fresh solutions, including AI technologies, to improve learning outcomes.
