This agency is at the forefront of enhancing Australia’s agricultural industry and creating as well as maintaining exports and gains. The Rehabilitation team is a vital function that supports employees who may have or had an injury or illness.

**Your new role**

You will work in a large team that is reasonable for planning, organising, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating services and resources that support employees with injury or illness, managing their rehabilitation process to achieve return to work outcomes.

You will operate with limited direction and provide specialist advice in relation to compensation and injury prevention/management principles, procedures, and processes. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and managing a workplace rehabilitation provider- Effectivity engage, manage, and build relationships with diverse groups of people- Coordinate fitness for duty and invalidity assessments- Assisting and guiding employees through the claim process- Develop and coordinate return to work plans- Preparing correspondence for reports and submissions.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a motivated, self-driven professional, with extensive experience in arranging and coordinating complex non-compensation and/or compensation matters and return to work strategies for Rehabilitation.

In addition to this, you will have great written and verbal communication, a strong understanding of legislation and regulations, and the ability to liaise with diverse groups of stakeholders.
