OHS Cadet

Corplex is a growing and dynamic construction company specializing in industrial markets and we are looking to add an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our OHS Cadet program aimed at developing an on-site based career as a safety leader and OHS Coordinator.

About the program:

Our OHS Cadet Program is designed to develop the next generation of safety leaders in construction with a combination of first-hand OHS experience working on live construction projects as well as through rotations in other key departments such as Project Management and Site Management. You'll also benefit from ongoing mentorship and access to internal and external training opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in an on-site role and trade experience will be highly regarded

• Completed or currently completing a Cert. IV OHS

• A high degree of integrity and a team player

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, high-energy and a willingness to learn

• Capable and willing to assist with the physical demands of a site based role

• Confident and effective communicator

• A valid Driver's License

• Permanent Resident at the time of application
